This research aid provides a short explanation of the cause(s) of the War, who fought in the battles on the Canadian/British and American sides, as well as the names and dates of battles, and where they took place. A large summary of relevant website links and books are included, and museums are represented.
It is designed for use as a primer for researching the War of 1812, organized in column format for easy reading, and is just the right size for use at home, or as a handy guide when visiting War of 1812 battle sites.
