This Record Book of the Mission Station of
Poland & Lavant, Ontario
belonging to the Mission Field of
Poland
is the property of the Presbytery of
Kingston.
The Missionary in charge of the field shall be responsible for the accurate filling in of this record; and when he leaves the field he shall leave it with the Clerk of the Session if there is one, or with the Treasurer of the Congregation if there is no Session; and when there is no organization at all he shall deposit it with the Presbytery's Home Mission Convener.
