          Alexander WHYTE, b. 1833 in Fitzroy Twp., Carleton Co., m. Sarah McVICAR. Her brother Archibald WHYTE, b. 1837 in Fitzroy Twp., m. Margaret WALLACE. Moved to Brant Twp, Bruce Co. In 1871 census but gone by 1881.
