I am searching for information on my uncle who moved to the US as a young man and was last heard from in 1940 -- John Joseph POWERS, b. 15 Feb. 1903, Darling Twp., Lanark Co., s/o Joseph Henry POWERS & Elizabeth ABRAM. His wife's name was Anna (?). He was in the US army at Manila, and his last known address in 1940 was 1223 Biway, Brooklyn, N.Y. It is possible he had three daughters.
