Other Information: William Craig (b. 1793 - d.1869) and Christina
(Swan)Craig (b. 1793 - d.1837) arrived in Lanark Co in 1820 with their
first born Janet Buchanan (Jessie)(Craig) Tullis( b. 1820 - d. 1892)
They lived in Lanark, then went to Kingston and finally settled in
Darling Twp. William was a cooper. William came with his wife Janet
and his brother Adam. Adam Craig later married Janet Gemmill. William
& Christina had 5 sons - John, William, George, Adam & Andrew
once they were in Canada. Information and contact with any of the
son's lines would be helpful. |
