    Seeking ancestor/family information for Sarah Wallace (1789-1884), possibly born County Mayo Ireland, married (in England or India?), Samuel Dixon (b.1784) born at Kilmore, County Mayo. Samuel Dixon joined 47th (Lancashire) Regiment of Foot in 1813, served briefly in France 1814, sent to India 1816 where he served through 1829. Samuel and Sarah Dixon had six children; James (1810-1866), probably born in England, Jane (1821-1899), Susannah (1823-1824), Sarah Charlotte (1824-1890), all born in India, John W. (1829-1904), born aboard vessel “HEIC Maitland” off St. Helena, and Mary Ann (1832-1892) born in Canada. Sarah Wallace-Dixon emigrated to Bathurst Township, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada about 1831. Sarah Wallace (1789-1884) is possible/likely sister to Francis Wallace (b.1784), probably born Ireland, who married Sarah Alexander (b. 1800). Francis Wallace arrived Bathurst Township early 1820s, probably with daughter Susannah (b.1820) and possibly with daughters Elizabeth (b. c1822) and Catherine (b. c1823); children born in Bathurst included Mathilda (b.1824), William Malcolm (b.1826), Sarah (b.1829), Katherine Ann (b.1830), Caroline D. (b.1832), Francis/Frank (b.1834) and Jane Elizabeth (b.1836). Daughters Susannah and Mathilda converted to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in about 1836 or 1837. Susannah married Lorenzo Wesley Roundy in 1847 in Utah. Francis Wallace Sr. moved to Illinois where he purchased land in Hancock County, Illinois, in 1840.

    Seeking ancestor/family information for Ann Elizabeth Warren (1790-1878) born in County Wexford, Ireland. Believed to be descendent of (i) William Warren (b. c1636), (ii) Richard Warren (b.1665), (iii) William Warren (d. c1770) & wife Elizabeth (1704-1804), and (iv) John Warren (c1738-1814) & wife Margaret Horton (dates unknown). Her siblings were; (i) Margaret married John Moulton, (ii) William (c1765-1850) married Eleanor Jeakle, (iii) Richard (b. c1768), (iv) James (b.1782), Mary (b.1784). Ann Elizabeth Warren married (1805) Joseph Moulton (1784-1829) of Barnahask, Bunclody, County Wexford, Ireland. Joseph & Ann Elizabeth Moulton emigrated to Lanark County, Ontario, Canada via the “Maria” in 1819 and had six or seven children, all born in Canada except Joseph (b. c1806) in Ireland.
