    Seeking ancestors/family information for Elizabeth Ann Norris (1828-1911), likely daughter of William Norris (b.1802) and Elizabeth Garner (1806-1885), possibly grand-daughter of Thomas Norris b. 1777, most likely in Liverpool, Lancashire, England (soldier-settler, Bathurst Twp., Lanark County, Ontario) and Mary Lyon. Norris family later moved to South Sherbrooke Twp. Elizabeth Norris may have been born in England or Bathurst Twp, died in Bathurst Twp. Married Ewen Cameron (1818-1893) at Perth in 1849. Ewen & Elizabeth Ann Cameron had nine children; John (1851-1934), Elizabeth Ann (1854-1920), Margaret Jane (1856-1890), William E. (1859-1945), Alexander N. (1860-1942), Mary Elizabeth (1863-1908), Harriet Agnes (1865-1924), James Albert (1868-1943) and Joseph Robert (1871-1945).

    Time Period: NOLAN, Willie born 1881 Carleton Place died before 1938, possibly Ottawa. He worked on the railway so may have died anywhere in Canada.

    His wife Myrtle was born Sarah Myrtle Conn, October 31, 1884 in North Elmsley Twp. to Richard Conn and Maggie Foster. One of Myrtle’s sisters was my grandmother.

    Willie and Myrtle were married March 30, 1904 in Smiths Falls. Myrtle lost contact with her siblings after 1938.
