The meetings were held at the Westin Nova Scotian, 1181 Hollis Street, at 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A number of presenters were previously assigned time slots to speak. However, apparently not all time slots were assigned and so members of the audience were invited to make brief statements.
