The meetings were held at the Lord Beaverbrook Hotel, 659 Queen Street, at 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A number of presenters were previously assigned time slots to speak. Some members of the audience were invited to make brief statements following those presentations.
